  • Public Content: Certain of the information that you contribute through the Service is intended for public consumption, including any photos you choose to upload and meal reviews, restaurant feedback, or compliments you provide via the Service. We may display this information through the Service, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services. In addition, due to the nature of chatbot technology, it is possible that unrelated texts may be categorized as reviews, feedback, or similar content and therefore potentially become public content. As such, please do not provide personally identifiable information in your texts with BonBon. Note that all content submitted by you to the Service may be retained and used by us indefinitely, even if and after your access to the Service is terminated, unless prohibited by law.

  • Activity: We may store information about your use of the Service, such as any location information you provide, texts you send, the date and time of your visit, uploaded photos, and your meal preferences. We also may store information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of the Service, such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, phone number, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, location, any Facebook or other profile information you and/or Facebook provide, and requested and referring URLs.

When you use the Service or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. Examples of such parties include companies that provide services through the Service, such as through mapping or restaurant information APIs. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.
